These terms cover the studiko.app website and its waitlist. The Studiko apps will have their own terms when they launch. By using this site, you agree to these terms.
The waitlist
Joining the waitlist is free and doesn't commit you to anything. It also doesn't guarantee access on a particular date: launch timing, the order of exams and features may change. You can leave the waitlist at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email or by writing to us.
No promises about results
Studiko is a practice tool. We don't promise or guarantee any score, pass or admission outcome, and nothing on this site should be read that way. Example numbers on this site are illustrations, not results.
Exam names and affiliation
Studiko is independent. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by LSAC, AAMC, ETS, NCSBN, GMAC or the American Dental Association. LSAT, MCAT, GRE, NCLEX, GMAT and DAT are trademarks of their respective owners and are used only to describe which exams our apps cover.
Our content
The sample questions, explanations, text, logos and design on this site belong to Studiko. They are original work, not official exam material. You're welcome to use the site and try the sample questions for your own study, but please don't copy, resell or republish our content without permission.
Using the site fairly
Please don't sign up other people without their permission, submit false or automated entries, try to access data that isn't yours, or interfere with how the site works. We may remove entries that break these rules.
The site is provided as is
We work to keep the site accurate and available, but it's provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, Studiko isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as Studiko grows. When we do, we'll change the date at the top. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
